KEGLEN Floor Lamp

Keglen is a lamp collaboration between BIG Ideas and Louis Poulsen, with a simple yet unique design focusing on geometry and light's essence. The partnership began with a pendant for the Tirpitz Museum, inspired by the building's architecture and landscape. This collaboration has expanded to create a versatile family of lamps, each with its own personality, all featuring a soft glass insert that resembles a water droplet. The Keglen Floor is an extension of the original Ø400 Keglen Pendant, with a graphic and minimalist stem and base to complement the cone-shaped shade.

Light concept: The floor lamp’s distinctive conical shade has a built-in curved diffuser. This ensures an attractive and glare-free downwardly directed light. The stem morphs into the diffuser shade, folding inward and creating a beautiful organic geometry. A gentle light is also emitted upward through a discreet uniform opening in the top of the shade to create a perfect ambiance.
